Brought one of my 3 Ram trucks in for service. Somehow, a windows switch was broken while it was there, plain to see when I picked it up. I have reached out. Your Service Manager refuses to bother with me. To all that might read this needing Ram or Jeep Service, I would recommend going to Lake Wales or Wauchula, the extra drive is worth it in the end.
