Free oil changes are only to lie about repairs needed, then you go check with reputable mechanic shop and they are not needed! Do not trust them at all! And the entire time you’re waiting for your vehicle then you go check with reputable mechanic shop and they are not needed! Do not trust them at all! Salesman didn’t care if he sold us a vehicle of not. Toyota of NewBern found exactly what we wanted and got it for us. Worth the hour drive!!! Service department is slow and very unorganized. Waited 2 h Toyota of NewBern found exactly what we wanted and got it for us. Worth the hour drive!!! Service department is slow and very unorganized. Waited 2 hrs for oil change with an appointment!!..HORRIBLE..wish I could rated them zero stars! More
