Within two thousand miles, I went in to another place for a tire rotation, I was told that the tires were over 10 year old and they could not be balanced or rotated! The car had only 40300 miles on it at the time.
Next after spending money for new tires, I had to get a brake job. Seems that the brakes were severely worn.
When I purchased the car, the sales person told me that it was in 100% shape and that the brakes had been inspected as well as the entire safety items on the car. Clearely I was LIED to by this dealership.

Reality is that I have taken care of the tires to the tune of 800+ dollars, and the brakes for 200+ dollars. but the memory of being lied to will not change.
Your delershop basically misled or lied to a customer!
I am sure you can review your records and find the 2010 Lexus that you sold with about 39800 miles on it! And with that informaton you are welcome to contact me.

I have called the number you sent me, and left at least one message, no answer at that number and after 3 days NOT a single attenmpt from you to call me back.
Clearly you are not really interested to hear the details.
I might add, that if only ONE potential customer is alerted to this practice, and you lose only ONE sale, you should consider yourself lucky.
Just imagine how many places this is posted !!
