I was impressed with the service provided by the sales department, financial department, and service department at Toyota of Richardson. The people I worked with at this dealership were friendly, informat department, financial department, and service department at Toyota of Richardson. The people I worked with at this dealership were friendly, informative, and intelligent. Even though my husband and I were there for about 6 hours when we purchased the car, the people in the sales department made sure that we were well taken care of, providing us with water and sodas the entire time. After my husband and I bought the car, we brought it back the following week for the DVD player to be installed. This was installed in less than one day, the dealership provided us with a rental car while it was being installed, and the quality of the installation was excellent. As soon as I arrived, the employee at the service department greeted me, even helped me remove the car seats out of my car, and showed me to the Enterprise desk. I was in and out of there in no time, and received a call before 5pm stating my car was finished. I was very impressed with the friendliness, as well as the speed and quality of work at the service department. More
