Mike got me the same things I had in the last car, and almost the same things I had wanted in m In regards to purchasing my car, very straightforward. Mike got me the same things I had in the last car, and almost the same things I had wanted in my previous lease. Was there for an hour and done. Unfortunately, had to wait 3 mos for my car b/c I ordered a premium color. Mike got me fired up by saying my car was in, but then had to apologize b/c it turned out not to be my car. However, when my car finally arrived, it had to be the worst day of the year with a torrential downpour. Despite all that, getting my car was pretty smooth. Maria the financial manager was very friendly, pleasant, professional, and helpful. The guy who handled my end of lease, (and I apologize for not knowing his name), was just great. Mike walked me thru all the new things in my car. professional all the way. More
