Having issues with my brand-new ranger. Mechanics and service personnel claim they have no ideas as to how to fix my problems with sirius radio not connecting. The salesman even suggested that I could just subscribe to Spotify for $15 a month and stream over my phone. Not an option for a brand-new vehicle that I haven't made a payment on yet. I called the service department to verify the part they "ordered" was received, and the person who took my call had to talk to a mechanic to look for the part. This visit on 01Apr will be the fourth visit to get this problem fixed. I received a follow up call from the service manager Wade and we had a lengthy discussion concerning my issues. We came up with a gameplan after explaining the process that Ford goes thru to repair their vehicles. More

I recently had an experience at Ford of Morgantown regarding a jerking issue with my vehicle. While I was initially disappointed that the problem continued after my visit, I truly appreciate how the s regarding a jerking issue with my vehicle. While I was initially disappointed that the problem continued after my visit, I truly appreciate how the situation was handled afterward. The service director personally reached out to me to discuss my concerns and took the time to understand my frustration and offer help. That level of communication and customer care really stood out to me. I’m grateful for the effort to make things right and feel much better about moving forward with them to get the issue fully resolved. More
