Great experience with salesman, Wade! Our family just bought a Subaru Ascent. The purchase involved a pre-order, which was unfamiliar to us, and meant we waited several months after working out our deal. Wade Houston, all along the process, was wonderful. He was very responsive to questions, worked diligently with us to settle on the price/trade-in (without awkwardness or aggressive tactics), and stayed in touch during the wait for the car to come in. Most importantly, what Wade said would happen, happened. We are very happy with our new car and our experience at this dealership. More
