Certified Kia Sorento purchase. Doug was our sales person. We were an hour late to our VIP internet appointment. Unfortunately, Doug was not provided with any of our lead information. He had to work with us from scratch. He was very professional, and easy to deal with. He did a great job of finding the right vehicle to fit our needs. He was great through our entire sales experience. Thanks again Doug. Also thank you Vlad for working to get us to a price we could afford. Finally, thank you Mike for getting us the lowest used car interest rate available, and getting our Kia certification paperwork processed. Overall our experience at Raceway Kia was very positive, but I have 1 recommendation. I feel your website should include additional language that is more intuitive in regards to expected fees related to the Used/Certified vehicle prep and contract. This caused some confusion when we were in the finance office. More
