Very helpful. All good so far since I bought a Forrester in 2015 and Cross Trek the next year. We plan on going back for all our car needs. Worry free experience I know I’m in good hands with Vitaliy if I ever need to come in and get my car serviced. With this last experience, I texted Vitaliy letting him know I know I’m in good hands with Vitaliy if I ever need to come in and get my car serviced. With this last experience, I texted Vitaliy letting him know what was going on. He told me the part needed to be ordered so Vitaliy got me in a loaner car right away. I was constantly receiving updates via text from Vitaliy without having to reach out to him. Once my car was ready he reached out to let me know right away. His customer service is superb! I definitely recommend working with him. More

Professional and Pleasant Service Went to the dealership without an appointment as my Check Engine light was staying on. My Forester had a noise from one of the back wheels too. The service was long, trouble shooting and working on both front and back brakes but Vitaliy and Matt took good care of me and my Forester. And I was able to do a lot of work from the computer lunge!
