Service was good and on time, but Lyft driver was sent to pick me up without my knowing. I did not see my phone's text messages. When checking in for my appointment, the man who did that was rather rude, made me feel like I was bothering him. Besides what I was there for (recall and oil change) I had had a flat tire. When it was loo was rather rude, made me feel like I was bothering him. Besides what I was there for (recall and oil change) I had had a flat tire. When it was loosing air and then totally flat the sensor on my dash never come on. I explained this to him and what he wrote was to check my tire. Not the point at all. Now I have to take it in again to have the sensor checked. Wasting my time. He just didn't care about what I was saying. More
