I pretty much represent today's car buyer; I researched various vehicles on the internet then I set out on the arduous journey of actually purchasing a vehicle. I went from the internet to the showrooms and was overwhelmed and drained within a few visits. I felt discouraged and bamboozled and was ready to put off my purchase for a while. That is until I happened upon Vincent Vitolo of DCH Freehold Toyota. What a pleasure! He was knowledgeable, patient, and most of all, LOW PRESSURE. Vincent is a wonderful example of the quintessential sales person. He educated me and offered a competitive analysis on several models which was understandable, yet brief. He did not bombard me with forgettable facts and/or numbers. He simply presented alternatives and the bottom line costs with no hidden numbers. He was conscientious of my time and showed genuine appreciation for my business. Overall, each member of DCH that I encountered were courteous and friendly, especially Henry Grossman, Dennis Fike and Steve Yap. I will definitely recommend Vincent and DCH to my family, friends and colleagues. Thank you Vincent for being absolutely fabulous and sending me home in a shiny new Prius! More

My husband and I were putting off to buy a new car because our previous experience with car salespersons had not been pleasant at all. But finally the car gave his last gasp and we were forced to come to Toyota. I can not fully convey to you what a pleasant surprise awaited us at your dealership. Vincent Vitolo was our sales person. He was everything we did not expect and changed our mind about sales people. He was able to fine tune our needs in a car at our time in life. The accounting dept. was just as nice and Gary who helped us with service for the future was also wonderful. My husband and I congratulate you on having such a group of people who make spending money on a new car a very pleasant experience. More

Last month I bought a 2009 Scion TC from DCH Freehold and the experience was great. I was able to look around the lot without any hassle. I finally decided which vehicle to go with and Vinny Vitolo from sal the experience was great. I was able to look around the lot without any hassle. I felt absolutely no pressure from him to buy the car, he was able to answer all of my questions, and he was very friendly. This is the third vehicle I have purchased in the past 8 years and by far this dealership ranks the highest. Other dealerships I went to tried to rip me off and they were not able to answer all of my questions honestly. I highly recommend DCH Freehold Toyota Scion. More

I just purchased a brand new Toyota Matrix. I am in love with it. I went to the dealership with my parents and had the best experience. My sales person Vinny made us all feel like family. He showed me all of my options and was very patient and let me select the best one for me on my own. I looked around for other finance options before hand and he still gave me a better rate then all of them. My mom is also buying a car with DCH Freehold Toyota and she will be doing it with Vinny and Dennis. All of my referrals are going to the two of them. I know they will treat them the same way. My Father in law & Myself purchased 2-2009 Toyota Camry's. Besides both being very happy with the car's, the SalesManager John Grillo & the Salesman Vincent Vitolla were very professional.They were v Camry's.
