First day we went our sales guy was great, they got out car note down to what we wanted, just needed to get some stuff situated and we could pick up the car that next week. next week rolls around and they cant give us the car yet because "the bank hasn't given them the funds" excuse me what does that have to do with us? we already traded in our car and gave a down payment, so that was strike one. strike two was 2 days later (a Friday) when we finally picked up the car after almost 2 weeks of buying it we drive for about 2 hours and the horn isn't working, whatever not that big of a deal. another two hours pass, we're driving down the highway, my boyfriend goes to downshift and the clutch drops and we cant go into any gear. we pull to the side of the highway and get it towed back to the dealership. next day my boyfriend calls them to ask what's happening and they say they'll update us on Monday. Wednesday rolls around and they finally call saying they're going to replace the clutch and we need to pay $1400. after explaining we were 2 weeks into our lemon law they tried to say a clutch wasn't covered. after a whole day of playing phone tag and them trying to negotiate how much we'll pay they finally decided they'd "goodwill this for us" but continued to say that if anything else happened to the car we're going to be reasonable for it. now here we are another week later and 3 weeks into owning the car and still hearing nothing back my boyfriends calls them and they say some how the wrong part came in so its going to be probably another week until we get the car back. if you don't get where they're going with that, they're saying we will give you the car back once the 30 lemon law is over so we don't have to pay for anything else that goes wrong with this car. Finally on feb 18 we got to pick up the car, everything seemed to be fine. After the 45 min drive home the horn once again wasn’t working, so we had to spend that next Friday trying to fix the horn so we could et an inspection for the car since the dealership never did. Feb 20 I went to get an inspection and failed do to the communications not being ready and the inspector asked me if I had recently disconnected the battery or cleared a check engine light, which I hadn’t because I’ve only had the car 2 days now. Later that day im driving on the highway when a check engine light comes on, are we surprised at this point? I had to an advanced auto to grab a code reader to see what wrong and the car had not 1 not 2 but 3 misfires this whole time. Now it makes sense why the dealership never did an inspection because they would’ve had to fix it. I once again spent my money and time to fix the misfires so I wouldn’t have to bring it to the dealership and have them give me some type of xxxxxxxx excuse or reasoning. I would NEVER in my life recommend anyone go there. they could care less about the buyers but rather the money they're making. More
