Walked into SSLexus on July 9th looking to find the differences between the various RX trim lines. We had looked on-line and thought we wanted the Nori Green Pearl. Vinny Martin helped show us throug differences between the various RX trim lines. We had looked on-line and thought we wanted the Nori Green Pearl. Vinny Martin helped show us through the variations and he just happened to have the Green, although it was sold awaiting pickup. He brought it to the front and we determined that was not for us. But, there was an Iridium on display in the showroom that caught our eye. We settled on the Premium Plus package. Vinny went out and found one that was in the transportation system. We came to agreement on price and that was that. After our showroom visit, Vinny kept us informed on the transportation progress and he let us know as soon as he had it in the dealership. We spent two hours at the dealership on July 9th. We spent 2.5 hours on delivery day. Seems there could be some efficiency improvements to the delivery process to have all the paperwork ready earlier. Adam Ritzman handled all the paperwork and he answered all our questions. Great people! I look forward to future relationship with SS Lexus The only thing you could have done better was give me some golf xxxxx with SS Lexus on them and I will gladly lose them around the area golf courses as free advertising for you.
