I regret everything about buying from this dealership. Truck wasn’t gased up when I went to pick it up, paperwork wasn’t ready for me. Neither management or sales people talked to me after signing. No demonstration on the trucks features. A day after I bought the truck had issues and service wouldn’t correct it. Told me to take it to a ram dealership. Then discovered they had zip tied my exhaust tip up bc I had complained about it hanging low (a weld had broken) and they took it back to “fix it”. Recently, I have taken my vehicle in to do some maintenance and my service technician Tayler Wenmoth was excellent and very professional. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and help me with all my needs. Also Russ, my salesman and Vince part of finance helped me out at every part of my purchase and even after help me with any questions and concerns that I had. I would definitely recommend the dealership to other personnel. I would personally be going back to get more vehicles. More
