I can't speak to the entire dealership or service department, but I can speak to my experience working with the young fella Vinny in service. He was intentionally misleading and dishonest result department, but I can speak to my experience working with the young fella Vinny in service. He was intentionally misleading and dishonest resulting in me paying $300 for something he knew I didn't want to pay for. I buy cars every couple of years and I will not do business when them ever. These guys aren’t worth your time or money. Terrible service. Always takes FOREVER. EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!! They recommend waaaaaaaay more “service” than you actually need, and the last 2 ti Terrible service. Always takes FOREVER. EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!! They recommend waaaaaaaay more “service” than you actually need, and the last 2 times we went the issue wasn’t fixed. Waste of time money and energy. Drive further for better service! Their sales guys don’t even know their own product. Such a waste. Could’ve been a great CDJR that Woodstock desperately needed but ruined by staff. More

So, upon you guys telling me my vehicle is ready I’d like before and after videos along with shop videos of actual technicians doing a tire rotation on my vehicle. More

I had taken my Jeep to another dealership in the area and they had it for 2 1/2 weeks and after I picked it up the same issue kept happening and I could not get anyone at that dealership to call me back. I c they had it for 2 1/2 weeks and after I picked it up the same issue kept happening and I could not get anyone at that dealership to call me back. I called Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Woodstock and they got me in the next day and had my Jeep for 5 days and so far fixed the issue. I will be taking my Jeep and Dodge here from now on. More

The Service Dept is excellent. They keep me update with all service needs & recalls. Very nice waiting room. Friendly staff too. Everyone makes eye contact even when saying hi. Other dealership (E.V.) either do not return vehicles without forgetting to put parts back in or are very pushy and try to upsell everything such as replacing a fuel filter on an electric vehicle. CDJR of Woodstock is great for Service & i'm here to stay. More
