This is the 2nd time I have purchased a car from Dwayne Loy. Due to covid19 I wasn't able to go there, but Dwayne listened to what I wanted and picked out the perfect car for me again. He brought it to my Loy. Due to covid19 I wasn't able to go there, but Dwayne listened to what I wanted and picked out the perfect car for me again. He brought it to my house where I could sign the papers and he showed me everything I needed to know about the car. It's perfect!!! I wouldn't work with anyone else but him. He's kind, courteous and is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He's not a high pressure salesman and has been working at the same dealership for 25 years which is amazing to me. Dwayne you're the man. More

Amazing service from Jeffrey U. Radio Silence Since Sale I purchased a certified Nissan in September from Reed. There were several issues with the vehicle, which should have been fixed as part of their certification program. After several calls, emails, and visits to the dealership - they agreed to fix (most) of the issues. They did not give me the certification paperwork or warranty information. I have called and emailed my salesperson, the sales manager, the general manager, and even the owner over the last several months. During that entire time frame, I have received one response and it was essentially that they would 'get back to me'. That was December of last year. The worst part was that the vehicle had a smoke odor, which Reed promised they would get rid of at the time of purchase, no matter how many times I had to bring it back to them. Instead, radio silence since I left the dealership. Pathetic customer service and outright lies at the time of sale. I bought another certified Nissan from Bill Ray a few months ago and couldn't believe the difference. The car had zero issues and I received all of the certification paperwork and warranty information at the time of purchase. More

Vince and Dwayne are the best !!!!! I was a young single mom, first time car buyer and from the first time I sat down with Vince Mancuso he really made me feel like he actually truly car I was a young single mom, first time car buyer and from the first time I sat down with Vince Mancuso he really made me feel like he actually truly cared about my needs and assured me he would make it happen, well he did make it happen because I am now in my brand new 2017 Nissan Pathfinder SV and my kids and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I came from a 22% interest rate car that I was upset with and he got me out of that car and into my brand new pathfinder when he honestly did not even have to help me. I can't say enough words for Vince and Dwayne they will be the only people my family or I ever deal with in the future, my family has dealt with reed Nissan for over 30 years(Dwayne) and we are always satisfied with their customer service they have treated us like family for many many years, and all our family drives Nissans and would never go to a different dealer. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU VINCE and DWAYNE, what you did for my family I could never thank you enough !!!! :):):) More

Blessings, Blessings! Dwayne and Vinnie once again has blessed our family with getting us into a new 2017 Armada with no pressure, minimal waiting and run around. My wife Dwayne and Vinnie once again has blessed our family with getting us into a new 2017 Armada with no pressure, minimal waiting and run around. BUYER BEWARE READ ALL REVIEWS Shopping for a truck, stopped in on a Thursday and was greeted by Amir, test drove an Excursion, sat down and was given a price. Negotiated the price, provided the typical JESSE JAMES requested information, personal information. Departed called the next day agreed to take the truck for the agreed price and provided a credit card deposit. Amir called back and stated truck was ready and financing was all set. Traveled 1 hour to the dealership and upon arrival met with Amir whom showed me the truck had been prepped and ready to go. Asked me to have a seat and his manager would be right with me to get things wrapped up. I waited and a short time later John Bedar greeted me and stated not sure why he had been sent over to speak with me. The show begins! So obviously being an honest guy I could tell he was about to endeavor upon a task he was commanded to do. John starts by saying so what was the price, I gave it to him, he stated so did a manager give that to you, oh did you see the truck online? So maybe there is a mix up maybe we have two of those trucks, let me check. Finally building up enough nerve to tell me.... Well we can't sell that truck for that price someone made a mistake. My response well I don't think so, your guy Amir went and played the good guy bad guy routine right there in that office yesterday and we agreed to a price. I then called today and at no time did anyone say oh we can't honor that price. Then took a deposit and then ran finance on that agreed deal. Anyway being an honest guy by nature poor John says well I will make it right but I need some time to do that. Okay so I wait, now at the dealer for over an hour after being told by Amir that everything was ready and I would be in and out in moments. So I have to call my buddy to come back and be ready to pick me up after being dropped off. So I wait for John to do his magic and make it right. A short time later John returns with the tough guy, Hani Kaatati, whom simply says sir we can't sell you that truck. It was obvious this guy had directed John to handle the dirty work. We discussed how unprofessional this event was and I asked him to reconsider as I have no need for us to engage in unnecessary and unprofessional fashion. I explained my discontent and advised him of his unprofessional customer service would not fall upon deaf ears. I started to depart and as I made it to the parking lot for my ride that had now returned after my buddy has now lost 2 hrs of his day, John flags me down and states i am sorry, we're going to make this right I just need time to discuss with the right person , we don't do business this way , I'll be in touch with you ASAP. I stated thank you John, neither of us need the bad results that this appears to headed to. Again assuring me, we'll make it right. I departed and waited until after they closed about 7 hrs and no call yet. I sent an email to the general manager Vincent Mancuso and explained the events..... No answer or response. So after spending a total of around 6 hours plus involved with these folks, paying to bind insurance on the truck, going through finance and being told all is ready to go and giving a credit card deposit. My time has been wasted, my credit score dinged by the credit inquiry, having to then cancel insurance on a truck you misled us on. Yeah we're just super happy! Avoid them like the plague, read the reviews all of them, see the trend. I have known the Reed dealership since they were located on Orange Ave in downtown Orlando in the 1970's. And it's not the same as it used to be there word means nothing. My family is a fairly prominant family operating business in central Florida for almost a century. Your treatment of me will be shared with many others. Shame on you! More
