During that same time I've also dealt with a number of different sales people at other places and Vince is easily the best. Asks good questions and gives good information during the test drives and info discussions. Sales process and negotiations are very straightforward without the typical cheesiness. Pick up process is smooth and flawless. That's why he's the best! This dealership is always great, even better than the others in the Catena family (and they are all very good). Travis gave us the most informative and comprehensive car overview at pickup then we have ever had - just excellent! Really makes it hard to go anywhere else. More
