I’m not impressed with this dealership. I was told a price for the car. When the paperwork come in the mail. The car was a lot more than what I was told. I have been coming to Bill Stasek Chevy for 3 years and the service department is very slow. The cars are typically backed up with not enough mechanics. I usually have to wait for 6-8hrs for basic service the service department is very slow. The cars are typically backed up with not enough mechanics. I usually have to wait for 6-8hrs for basic service like tires, Autoguard and oil change which is rediculous. Service department needs improvement. More

From the moment we walked in, it felt like we knew Vince a lifetime. Not only was he super helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles he was showing us he made sure that we got the most of our purchase, and a lifetime.
