Although the sales and finance department were substandard if you require to have your car serviced then Vince is the man to see. Unfortunately I had to visit the service department at the Acu substandard if you require to have your car serviced then Vince is the man to see. Unfortunately I had to visit the service department at the Acura dealership because the vehicle I purchased (only had for 3 weeks -2010 TSX) had issues. The transmission and various fluids had to be replaced. I would say a serious issue for such a newer vehicle. Anyhow,I had to leave my vehicle for 5 days for the repairs. Vince was my service representative and he took exceptional care of me as he had a loaner car ready and kept me informed every step of the way (more than I can say for the finance and sales department-see other review I posted). To be fair in light of the negative experience I have had so far with this dealership I was thoroughly impressed with the entire service department especially with the thoroughness and level of customer service Vince displayed. The dealership should recognize the importance of their employees projecting a professional image to customers and should be consistent as a whole not just one department. Way to go Vince and way to malke a positive out of a negative experience!! More

Vince Hancock has really gone out of his way over the past 5 years to take great care of my 2002 Acura MDX whenever it has needed service. I have gone to Acura of Peoria for service or when there is a problem with my TL. I made an appointment with Vince Hancock to see if one of the motor mounts was broken but it was worn not broken. Also, they will wash your vehicle if you want them to after service has been completed. More
