Car buying is unfortunately typically not the greatest experience and that held true at Arlington Acura. I spent the first day haggling over services/items that were added to the car that I didn't even a experience and that held true at Arlington Acura. I spent the first day haggling over services/items that were added to the car that I didn't even ask for, we never even got to the price of the vehicle. Once I finally got all that taken off, then there was discrepency regarding financing and the published price of the car at the time of purchase, which I am still trying to them to acknowledge. Love the car, hate the process. More

Gene is the only person you should deal with at this dealership. After 10 plus calls and voicemails trying to reach Finance department, gene stepped in and took care of what Agron and finance manager s dealership.
