Really long wait, as I stayed while the SUV was serviced. This was for a recall and (I believe) a non GMC part was installed, but it's on you, if not!! I was told it would take 1 week to get the part. After 10 days I went back to the service department and the service agent said he hadn't received any notification from shipping. I asked if he could After 10 days I went back to the service department and the service agent said he hadn't received any notification from shipping. I asked if he could please double check since it was raining and my car was getting wet. He said he would wait a few days more before. It took another 2 weeks before he called and said the part had arrived. It took approximately one hour to install and I was charged over a $1000 dollars with the part only costing $200. What a rip off and bad customer service. More
