I recently purchase a 2024 Lincoln Navigator, Black Label, from Victoria W and Mike D at Jarrett Gordon Ford Lincoln in Winter Haven, Florida.  I must say the overall experience was extremely professio Label, from Victoria W and Mike D at Jarrett Gordon Ford Lincoln in Winter Haven, Florida.  I must say the overall experience was extremely professional and transparent and but most importantly surprisingly pleasant.  When a consumer spends this amount of money on a vehicle, they expect to be treated with dignity and respect from start to finish.  That is exactly what I observed from Mike D and Victoria W.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and even prepared a special presentation in recognition of my military service.  They presented me with beautiful patriotic mementos that I will cherish until my final days, their kind words were much appreciated.  Additionally, the price I was quote for the vehicle was exactly what I paid, with no deception or manipulation of numbers.  In fact, I completed the entire purchasing transaction online with the assistance of their Finance Manager, Joe G.  Prior to my arrival to take delivery of the vehicle, as requested, Joe had hardcopy documents ready, demonstrating his professionalism and commitment to a smooth transaction.  Mike D, Victoria W, Joe G and Bryson that drove my vehicle off the showroom floor were always polite and respectful.  They ensured my short time at this classy dealership to be a memorable experience.  Obviously, the leadership at Jarrett Gordon Lincoln has done a masterful job hiring and training staff, making it the best place to shop for your next Ford or Lincoln.  The leadership and staff should be lauded for their contributions to superb customer service. As a 20+ yr owner of Acura MDX's I'm used to access to loaners, so I didn't have to wait during service calls.That's not available at Honda dealers who service Acura's (traffic too bad getting to Acura de loaners, so I didn't have to wait during service calls.That's not available at Honda dealers who service Acura's (traffic too bad getting to Acura dealer). I also received a recall months ago (re crankshaft bearings causing heating, stopping engine). When parts didn't come in for months, it lead me to start looking for a new American Company comprable SUV (even though my '20 Acura had only 38,000 miles), I did an unline search, and made inuiries to Jarrett Gordon Ford. Victoria Wills called me within an hour to go over the available new car inventory, and we narrowed the search to a Corsair Reserve in inventory. . When I went in to negotiate, the offer received was very fair, and Victoria spent about an hour going over the very high tech features of this state of the art SUV (especially for a low tech oldie). They will do some minor routine servicing at our house, or will pick up and return car, or provide a free loaner if it's dropped off. My favorite company car was a Lincoln Mark IV, so it's good to be back home with the only American car manuf. that has never declared bankrupcy, and offers premium level service. More
