There was no pressure to get additional services and all items inspected, were printed out and labeled as good, urgent or recommendations for future service. I highly recommend Beck & Masten North for your auto service needs.

I would like to come back and say that i had a pleasant conversation with Mr. Marti. I was able to express my concerns and feelings of why we will not be returning after our service package is used up and he said all the right things, growing pains, change over, etc. I explained that a new issue came about and he said he fill up my tank to just bring it back. He was going to check with the service tech to be sure the time i planned to come was good, he said he was going to call me the next day but to be assured that all my complaints were not just me and that they have a lot of work to do. How he was going to do this and that, including giving me his cell number. Since that call on the 14th I've received nothing but silence. Thank you for YouTube, i was able to reset my panel myself and not have to deal with the childish behavior in their service drive or empty promises from their supervisor. 1 more oil change and were off to a new dealership!
