I worked with Adrian (my service advisor) and he is great! This is the second time and both times have been flawless, from ease of appointment setting to the actual service. When you tell them that you have four oil changes left that was part of the contract and they say that you only have two. Seems a little fishy. Also they hire new mechanics all the time and they don’t kno that was part of the contract and they say that you only have two. Seems a little fishy. Also they hire new mechanics all the time and they don’t know the difference between the coolant and oil keep that in mind Went in to have my oil changed. Was there for five hours wondering what was going on they finally come back, told me and told me that they drained the coolant instead of the oil. So when I took my vehicle in today, I still should’ve had the four free oil changes left after using one today would’ve been three and the little girl continue to argue with me. I finally just gave up. Don’t ever take your cars to be serviced there if you wanna get them wrecked. More

I’ve bought many vehicles new and used. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in doing so. Zero pressure from the salesman to the finance team.
