What was supposed to be a 90 minute appointment turned into a more than 4 hours appointment. While some of the extended time was due to a power outage and some additional work, it’s seems every time I bri into a more than 4 hours appointment. That also includes the employees at the check-out booth AND the very kind drivers who have taken me home after I've dropped off my car and picked me up later to take me back to my car. I have been a consistent Honda owner since 2002 and I was so surprised to see how easy Subaru’s Express Maintenance was. In the past at Honda I would need to drop off my car early morning and it would al was so surprised to see how easy Subaru’s Express Maintenance was. In the past at Honda I would need to drop off my car early morning and it would always take 4-5 hours for regular maintenance to be performed. To make matters worse, after receiving a call from Honda’s service department letting me know my car was ready for pickup, I would need to wait an additional 30+ minutes to get my car after my car was checked out. One time I had to wait almost an hour for my car, along with other customers. It was a wonderful to experience Subaru’s quick service and organization. And, also, a shout out to Selina, the Service Concierge who helped me. She was fantastic! More
