First off, I would like to say that I am usually very happy with the service experience that I receive at Budd Baer. However this time, I am not. In early February I brought my car in for inspection an happy with the service experience that I receive at Budd Baer. However this time, I am not. In early February I brought my car in for inspection and rec'd and email days later to book a service interval. Included in the email was a quoted price and a 10% discount. When I had a chance a couple weeks later, I called for an appointment but was not able to get get one until mid March. When it was time to pay, my bill was $90 more than the quote but since I didn't have the actual quote with me, I called Victoria when I got home so I could verify the price. Had to leave a message on her voicemail. She never returned my call. I knew that I was coming in in a couple weeks, so I decided to just wait and talk to her in person. When I did, she told me that the price went up between the time that I made the appointment and had the service. Its not my fault that I had to wait a month to get an appointment! Victoria said she would leave a message with her manager to contact me about it and again, I never got a call back! I am a loyal customer, this is my second car from Budd Baer. I pass 3 other Subaru dealers on my way here......... I hope to get a satisfactory resolution to this issue so I can gladly give the service area and Budd Baer Subaru 5 stars again!! More
