Later on I would be told that Victoria texted me. Now there's a person wanting to make a sale - NOT... Texting? I hope it wasn't too much trouble for her. I followed up after a few days by calling and leaving a message. She responded while I was in a meeting and couldn't take the call and she never called again for over a week. I emailed from their website, giving the hours that I was available - after work and lunch time - and pointed out I don't do texting. I sent a couple of quote requests to them from ramtrucks.com and did not get any responses. About 2 weeks after my initial contact, I finally got a call from Victoria. She was very rude and defensive, it was all my fault that they hadn't been able to help me. She was completely indifferent to my concerns and seemed to be completely uninterested in selling a top-of-the-line RAM. I guess if all she had to do was send me to financing for paperwork she's willing to do that but she wasn't willing to add any value to the sales process. I would have expected the owners to have set higher expectations for their employees. Luckily, there are other dealers in the area and our truck is on order with exactly what we want. More

Sold me a car that exploded and then screwed up paper work They try to intimidate you on the phone and in person when your upset. Then get rude because they you want to know how they are going to fix it. Whatever you do save yourself the time and money. DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! More
