Excellent Servicd I had an appointment and still had to wait 30-40 minutes. Someone who works there advised me that they were short staffed. Then I met Victor Reynoso a I had an appointment and still had to wait 30-40 minutes. Someone who works there advised me that they were short staffed. Then I met Victor Reynoso and he was very apologetic. He kept me up to date with my car’s progress. When he told me that they have to keep my car overnigher because they have to order some parts, he told me he will have it taken cared off first thing in the morning and should be ready by 9:30-10:00. He stayed true to his words. I am really happy with the service I received at Toyota Elk Grove. Thank you again, Victor! More

Honest and reliable service, but waiting area is the worst! Victor is my Service Rep at Elk Grove Toyota and I trust him completely with advising me on my car's maintenance. I've been taking my Sienna there for Victor is my Service Rep at Elk Grove Toyota and I trust him completely with advising me on my car's maintenance. I've been taking my Sienna there for 14 years - it has over 200,000 miles on it - and it still runs great. My next new car will definitely be another Toyota Sienna. It would be nice, though, to see this Toyota dealership put a bit of thoughtfulness into their customer waiting area. It has to be the worst waiting room in all of Sacramento. I own 2 other newer cars (Mazda and Kia) and their wait rooms are well thought out, comfortable, and spaceous. So, if you're anticipating a longer wait time here, don't plan on hanging around unless you enjoy a stiff neck and back. More

HORRIBLE SERVICE Service advisors are always to busy to be through. Ask for the car to be washed they will not do it, ask for it NOT to be washed and they will! The Best Toyota Dearler Ship in the Sacramento Area Always professional and never tell you that you need unnecessary repairs.
