He is always very up front and imformative about any repairs to be done and contacts me immediately if something else comes up during routine service. I live an hour away and have a Toyota dealership by my house and I still choose Elk Grove Toyota. And did you know they have affordable Toyota rent-a-car? I treat the family to a new Sequoia every year for our family reunion trip while my car gets serviced. I purchased my 4Runner brand new in 1997 from Florin Road Toyota and was very nervous when they closed but was I have received at Elk Grove Toyota. I purchased my 4Runner brand new in 1997 from Florin Road Toyota and was very nervous when they closed but was pleasantly surprised to see that some of the same great people from there were now at Elk Grove Toyota especially Victor Reynoso. Victor has always been up front, fair and willing to work with me whenever I needd my truck serviced. I continue to come to him to this day because I trust and respect him and to me that is the most important quality. My truck has not been serviced anywhere else even when I lived in San Jose I would come all the way back here to have it serviced because of the great service I receive. Thank you very much! More
