Once I decided, I was in and out with buying my used 2023 vehicle from them. I had a few unforseen issues with the vehicle and Victor always handled it immediately, going above and beyond for me. He could've easily said "Nope, you already signed on the dotted line, it's your issue now" but he never did that..He handled it swiftly and kept his word. It's hard to find people of integrity, especially in the car slaes business, so I'm glad I chose Kia of Berwyn to do business with. Because of my experience I have a few people close toe who says they will buy their next car from them. Thanks guys! More

This is the third car that I have bought from sales consultant Vince Watts. I bought two of them in 2015, one for my Mom and one for myself. They were absolutely wonderful cars. We not only consider Vince as our sales consultant, but we now consider him a friend. Sales consultant Sasa is also excellent and helped us out on the days that Vince was off since it took us a while to decide on a purchase. Their manager Victor was also great and worked with us and our budget. Fair deal, I'll say. They all worked together as a team. Excellent showroom, excellent choices, and excellent customer service.
