This Dealer stated that Cars. com “devalues” their car prices. The car salesman wouldn’t give a number and asked what cars.com’s number was. After the test drive, the supervisor of com “devalues” their car prices. The car salesman wouldn’t give a number and asked what cars.com’s number was. After the test drive, the supervisor of the salesman stated the price is $10.000 over what was stated on cars.com. I am curious about where the initial price of $25,900 came from, considering blue book was listed between $20,000-23,000. As I was waking away due to the numbers not matching up, three Lithia Nissan members followed me out and tried to talk me I to buying the car by challenging my manhood, not respecting the family unit on such a large financial decision. For those reasons, I would not recommend shopping at Lithia Nissan specifically. A manger emailed about why I’d didn’t purchase the car and I glad that them this information. Since, no reply from that manager or another, but a steady stream of emails trying to get me to come back and buy the truck I test drove. Maybe the problem is with Lithia’s management as a whole. I bought a brand new Nissan Rogue. They ran my credit and I also had made a big down payment. They could not find me a suv. I didn’t get no calls back or and helps out what’s going on. I had to drive and I also had made a big down payment. They could not find me a suv. I didn’t get no calls back or and helps out what’s going on. I had to drive to dealership to get answer. But still got no answers. Few days later I called Victor and he said we will return your money back but we can’t do anything about credit check. Its stupid that I paid them and still had to take time off to reach them, when it should be the other way around. Victor is the manager and AJ is the salesman that won’t respond. Ash the GM has yet to return my call. Nissan head is going through mess, seems like Nissan Fresno doing same. They don’t care about customers. Only thing they do is sell you a car and your own your own. More

This dealership is incompetent and unresponsive. I bought the truck in mid-November 2020 and still do not have license plates. The temporary registration/ plates expired on Feb. 9. When I purchased my truck, the truck in mid-November 2020 and still do not have license plates. The temporary registration/ plates expired on Feb. 9. When I purchased my truck, it was like a cluster f****. I told the sales people that I was interested in a particular truck and they kept trying to get me to buy a different one. They supposedly could not find a key to the truck I was interested in buying, then eventually found the key. When I took possession of the truck, they provided me with only one key and refused to pay for another one to be made. Evidently, because Lithia did not properly furnish the DMV with a weight certificate, I have not received current license plates and registration. I am driving with temporary plates that expired on Feb. 9. I have left numerous telephone messages with the dealership's DMV department and the finance department (Victor) that have gone unanswered. The sales manager, Roberto Moreno, has not responded to my Mar. 11 e-mail message. Very poor service. More

The fact that it took almost two months to finalize the deal was very concerning, what I found really frustrating was even though I called repeatedly no one told me this was an issue for two months, no cal deal was very concerning, what I found really frustrating was even though I called repeatedly no one told me this was an issue for two months, no call from dealer, no forward information, nothing More

From the start I got the feeling we’re in the worst used car lot on shadiest back lot. No one was dressed appropriately to represent the company. Tacky back and forth sales techniques used in a comedy show. car lot on shadiest back lot. No one was dressed appropriately to represent the company. Tacky back and forth sales techniques used in a comedy show. Chee had a low grasp at the English vocabulary thefunction of the car we wanted to buy. Austy washed and gassed the wrong car we purchased and wasted about an hour of our time. The manager or whoever was driving the blue Maserati yelled out before he went to lunch $2500 and that’s it! This was in the lobby of the dealership and was an amount we were going back and forth on for a trade in. Unprofessional to say the least. Victor just added to the strangeness with side show negotiations on working out a deal. Overall experience, twilight zone from another dimension. More
