The best leasing experience I ever had! First time Hyundai owner and never visited a Hyundai dealership……pleasant surprise, promptly introduced to Steven who treated me with kindness and First time Hyundai owner and never visited a Hyundai dealership……pleasant surprise, promptly introduced to Steven who treated me with kindness and respect. He assessed my vehicle needs and test drove an Ioniq 5 SEL…also discussed the color/interior selections with me an found a combination I didn’t even know they had that was perfect. My trade was evaluated and a fair value determined. Steven, along with his manager Ken, presented a monthly lease payment and I was totally onboard. No money for me upfront with my trade. My new Ioniq was quickly detailed and presented to me. Steven showed me the essential controls and I was on my way. He continues to answer any questions I come up with - ask for Steven R, he’s a real star. A great experience overall and the Ioniq 5 is a front runner EV. Thanks Greenway Hyundai! More

After leaving the service dept upset & disappointed, they want a review. Here it is. The paint on my car is lifting up & literally flying off currently in 4 different areas. My car has 42,000 miles & I’ve pu want a review. Here it is. The paint on my car is lifting up & literally flying off currently in 4 different areas. My car has 42,000 miles & I’ve purchased 4 cars here - one approx every 3-4 years. Even though my car is out of warranty & apparently not covered by the “so call” extended paint warranty, would anyone expect to have a 5 year old car repainted? Hyundai wants me to pay $500 & they would do a “repair” instead of the whole car. What if in a few months, there are other areas affected. A car detailer has looked at my car & says bubbles are under the paint already in other areas. This is how they treat a repeat customer of 4 cars. FYI, this car has been washed, waxed & cleaned regularly & mechanically maintained. More

I have had my car there from May 2nd until now which is July 1st. My timing chain had gone bad and they have yet to even relay the damages and Information the warrenty. 2 months and I still don't know if m July 1st. My timing chain had gone bad and they have yet to even relay the damages and Information the warrenty. 2 months and I still don't know if my warrenty will cover it. This place is ridiculous, I've contacted the Manger several times and got no response I try to contact my mechanic and he leaves Me with no answer most of the times. I'm fed up with this location and I do not recommend. They even messed up writting down the information to be given to the warrenty and had to put my old engine back together after taking it apart which made this process even longer. Very unprofessional. Tired of going there in person for them to tell me they'll get it done and it doesn't get done. More

I previously gave 5 stars for my purchase but feel the need to review again. I went back into the dealership to have a repair done to my 2016 Hyundai Elantra and the experience was wonderful! If you need a repair, the service department is friendly, fair, and knowledgeable. If you need a new car- I just bought the Santa Fe XRT and it’s amazing- ask for Woody! He is awesome!!!! More
