Víctor is great and is always helpful. Uber service was a bonus too. I’m very happy with the service provided by them. Average or below average dealership. Very poor listening capacity and knowledge of their products. I had to correct them multiple times in what color combos and trims and engine specs come with what. Pretty shocking actually. I wonder how the test would look like if I gave them 30-35 basic questions quiz about their vehicles line up. Lack of integrity and loyalty & genuine interest in customer care and service. Only by a hair better than Ocean Mazda, (their sales is a joke) also below average, a bit worse though. It’s not always about the money, the customer will 99% tell you what they’re looking for and how to get there. I actually ended up buying a more expensive car at a different dealership. Still stayed with the brand because I love Mazda. Brickell Service department is solid, sales department very much below average. They don’t understand the fundamentals of client relationships, long term effects of their actions or inactions better yet. My-Ling Parra in sales is great, the rest need to training or work in hospitality and need more sales classes to get the idea in how to do business. Definitely needs improvement. If you’re expecting genuine interest and knowledge from the team at Brickell, don’t hold your breath. This is my 3rd Mazda and if I wasn’t as enthusiastic about the brand as I am, because there is competition, I’d be in a different marquee vehicle. More
