I unfortunately had an issue a few days after the purchase with the Auto Play (my favorite feature). Kanoa scheduled an appointment and rebooted the system, now it works! I had a few questions about the purchase price, Michael Stoebner explained it to me and I feel much better now. I will return to Windward Honda for all my auto servicing needs! I only came in to service my 2011 Fit and ended up buying a brand new HRV, which I now love! More

Then, a couple of weeks ago, he handled the trade-in of our Accord for a Clarity Touring. He was very helpful both in teaching us how to drive the Clarity and even delivering a couple of accessories to our house. You guys probably think Glenn works for you — but he really works for us, supplying us with cars that fit our lifestyle and pocketbook, and doing it sincerely and knowledgeably. Victor was also very helpful— guiding us through about 5,000 papers we had to sign. Also, over the last 2-3 years, Dalton took care of maintaining the Accord for us. You should be very proud of these guys, especially Glenn. They are the reason for our loyalty to Honda Windward. I’m sure we’ll be back for more. More
