amazing experience My wife and I owned a CRV, purchased at Windward Honda, little longer then 10 years. Seen HRV on the road and my wife fell in love with that car. Sales person made us comfortable and showed us all the features of the car. I on the other hand I wanted a truck and same sales person showed me one that I was really impressed with and bought two cars. Very friendly, clear and straight to the point service! My family and I went in looking for a used van (it was more so my wife that wanted to, haha). Fast, efficient and pleasant I first tried another Honda dealership, but they kept wanting to do the back and forth thing, letting me go home then calling me back in to "access" m I first tried another Honda dealership, but they kept wanting to do the back and forth thing, letting me go home then calling me back in to "access" my car again - did it 2 times they wanted to do a "third time" and when I tried to schedule a 3rd time to go back the salesperson never responded. So thought I would try Honda Windward as they have a solid customer service reputation! More
