On the other hand, the gentleman who helped us in the “office “ wasn’t very nice. Unlike VICTOR HERNANDEZ who was VERY FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING, the guy in the “office “ was poker faced, without a smile on his face, made us feel “hurried up.” He just said, “Sign here,” after his job was done, and when I asked for our copy, he carelessly rolled his continuous long sheet of yellow paper and stuck it in a regular white envelope that was NOT big enough to neatly secure it in, and then said, “Here, this is yours.” His action made me feel like I just bought a piece of “crap,” when in fact, I bought a very expensive, valuable car! I put premium value on what I just bought and intend to care for it forever! That man in the “office” put a great damper on my enthusiasm! I intend to get another car for my son in six months to a year from now, and would not hesitate to seek Victor Hernandez again, but wish that that particular man in the “office” will not be the one in there. More

Carl is always such a dear, so helpful and such a good listener! Kudos to Carl. I was surprised though that I was the only customer when I arrived and had to wait on a service agent. There were five sitting at their desks inside at the time. Only Carl came out to help me and that was right after his meeting with the Service Manager. Not a good look when there are so many service agents doing nothing to help customers. Robert was also very attentive. He tried to help me while I waited, then gave me a lift home in the shuttle.
