ZERO STAR EXPERIENCE! They are either DISHONEST or UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I have visited this dealership three times. For the first time, I was looking for a black used Altima, when I arrived, Eric circ UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I have visited this dealership three times. For the first time, I was looking for a black used Altima, when I arrived, Eric circled for a couple of minutes and told me that the black one was sold. So he suggested me to have a test drive on another grey one with a similar price and similar mileage. I thought it was just my bad luck to miss the one I like. Overall the first time is okay. Several days after I came back home, the webpage showed that the one I tried was sold. Later, another black Altima was added to the inventory. Thus, I visited this dealership again and wanted to try this black Altima. I made the appointment over the phone. When I arrived at the store, another salesperson, Victor, also took a while to walk around and told me that the black one was sold, and they had one last used Altima in stock. When checking it out, it was clearly the one that I tried during the first visit. I was very confused about this messy inconsistency between the inventory and the online webpage. For the third time, I was attracted by a new white 2020 Honda Accord. By learning from the previous experience, I doubled checked with the internet salesperson Ben. He assured me that the one that I was interested in was still available, and the price to pay would be the price from the certificate, which they sent to me, plus tax + license + doc. So, again, I traveled from Champaign to take a look at this car. Haha, the show began, AGAIN. A new salesperson took a long time to walk around and finally told us that the White Accord was just sold. AGAIN!!! EVEN after I double-checked with the internet salesperson!!! I don't believe in odds, and I can only come up with two possible explanations: (1) They intentionally put some unavailable nice cars on their website with attractive prices, to trick you to their dealership. After you arrived, they told you that the vehicle was sold, and made it seem like the vehicles were sold so quickly that you need to buy this one. Then, they will build tons of other fees on their listing price. (2) They are so unprofessional that they could not keep the online inventory updated after they finalize every deal. How difficult would that be, seriously!?!?!?!? Also, if the internet sales and webpage cannot provide any accurate information, why bother to have them? Just to waste our time??? Alright, you tricked me anyway, so let me try another vehicle. No No No. Another vehicle could not be started. They changed the battery, but they were not sure if it worked. So after two hours, I still did not have the chance to drive the car. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS!!! FEEL DISGUSTING ABOUT THEIR TRICKS!!! THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS!!! More

Friendly and Best Price in Midwest Area !!! We were looking to buy a new Honda CRV EXL and checking the price quote using the true car. We got a competitive quote from the Internet Sales Team (Kiara Santiago). We had excellent customer service from the sales associate Victor Hendrick. He was very friendly. polite and answered all the questions. He also explained to us the features of the car without even asking him. He was always checking us if we need any other information or explanation on the car. We liked working with him as he was straight on to the point and no xx. Joe (Joseph Jamilkowski) is the General Manager of the showroom who made sure we get the deal that we want and worked very quickly to get things done. I would say without the intervention of Joe, we might not have completed the deal and drive the car home. Joe extended his support in giving his cellphone number to handle it via text as we had to come the next day to take the car home delivery because of the delay caused by my bank. Aaron Weldy from Finance gave an excellent finance deal to us and he beat the price of what bank was offering. We immediately went this Aaron`s service of using the finance from Honda itself. I want to thank Victor, Joe, Aaron for providing excellent service and bringing us to the Honda family. I would recommend Napleton River Oaks as your first stop point before you try with other dealerships. We drove 60 miles from Aurora to Lansing and never felt bad about that. It's worth the drive and they save you a lot of money and give a better experience. More

Deceiving, dishonest, buyer beware I received an online quote. Spoke with Bernadette, who handles their online stuff. She was great. Then I was handed off to Alex. We spoke about the online price being what I would pay. I had a trade. He gave me a preliminary number. Then I was handed over to Victor, who tried to sell me $1500 in “extras” that I didn’t want. He then told me he would need to talk with Mike. Mike calls and is unaware of anything said to me up to this point. He then gives me an out the door price $4000 more than I was quoted before. I asked him to help me understand where he got that number. He couldn’t. He said he was going to call me right back. Never heard back. I texted, called, but nothing. I actually wanted to buy a car! I was told these guys were sneaky. They were right. More
