I was quite pleased and felt welcomed the whole time. I was very pleased from the moment I arrived to get my vehicle serviced. I have already done the research and know exactly what I want, I negotiated a final price with Victor by email. Then I drove almost four hours to complete the purchase. You were able to work with my need to have my wife on title without her coming to the dealership. After several bad experiences she refuses to set foot in a dealership for the rest of her life. We completed the paperwork with no issues of trying to up sell me on things I don't want like extended warranties ETC. I really appreciated Victor taking the time to show me how all the controls and electronics worked in the car including setting up my iPhone. A lot has changed since the last time I bought a Subaru in 1998. More
