I live in the south and it was hard for me for find a low mileage Benz at a good price. I searched online and found one at Silver Star Motors in NYC. Initially I had a lot of apprehension because I’ve never mileage Benz at a good price. I searched online and found one at Silver Star Motors in NYC. Initially I had a lot of apprehension because I’ve never bought a car so far away. I found Mr. Babb to be very professional and friendly. He did a virtual test drive and provided me with all the info I needed to make an informed decision remotely. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing a Mercedes out of state. Bad car sold to me! !!! I bought a vehicle with this dealership in August 2021 and in September of the same year I woke up one day and my GLA 250 couldn’t start and all !!! I bought a vehicle with this dealership in August 2021 and in September of the same year I woke up one day and my GLA 250 couldn’t start and all the svc lights came on. Called my salesperson Victor Babb who was nothing but Rude and unprofessional to me. Needless to say that I had to pay over $987.18. Initially, I was told that the cost was for a new part but then discovered that it's it wasn't a new part ordered!! And it was the same part they repaired but changed me for a new part. This is just was in one month after having this car. Now I’m here visiting my family in Charlotte and my engine light is on and my car is jerking. I bought the car with only 18000 miles and at this point, I’m at 22k miles and I’m having These types of issues i feel like I was sold a bad car that had no work or repairs done to it before passing this lemon on to me. It seems like after the sales no one cares. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Please DON’T GO THERE. It’s truly horrible. After this car. I will NEVER PURCHASE A MERCEDES BENZ!!!!! Ever!!! Also never buy a car online without checking it out ! More

Very dishonest service department. They don’t like to uphold or honor factory warranties on vehicles especially if it’s a major cost. Cindy Casas was very attentive and made sure I didn’t wait long to get my car checked in and checked out once everything was done. Cindy made the entire process easy and stress free. She made sure to explain exactly what they would be doing with my car and kept me up to date on when my car would be ready for pick up. She was excellent. More

However, the saving factors were they did AMAZING service on my car, drives like new. Secondly, Carol Morin was very knowledgable an absolute joy to work with. From here on out I was always ask for her when get my car serviced. I'm also currently working with Victor Babb on trading in my car for a newer and so far it's been very enjoyable. He really listens and has a great wealth of knowledge about his product. More

Dude us the worst. I bought a car and put a deposit. Before the finance paperwork could start, I changed my mind. This guy for a week threatened to keep the deposit.
