I purchased a 2019 S63 on January 12, 2026. On the way home, the engine light came on. Illinois law stipulates that all vehicles sold are covered by a 500-mile or 15-day powertrain warranty. When I went back to request repairs, they refused, stating that the engine timing chain is not considered part of the powertrain. I am seeking legal assistance and will be filing a lawsuit against them. More
