Shy was a superb technical representative involving the repair of our 2023 Tahoe. Vainly was also very helpful in updating the status of our 2023 Tahoe at each of the previous 5 visits to get the issue wit repair of our 2023 Tahoe. Vainly was also very helpful in updating the status of our 2023 Tahoe at each of the previous 5 visits to get the issue with the steering column resolved. There were numerous excuses given at each visit as to not correcting the noise and the friction/rubbing going on with the steering. Thank you to those that accomplished the repair, and alignment for the steering column concerns. More

Definitely will never be going back to use the service department. The lack of customer service is pathetic but they don’t mind charging you for stuff you didn’t ask for. Good service. I did request my tire to be checked for a leak. They didn’t have it on the notes the service person said yeah it’s a slow leak. That since it was plu I did request my tire to be checked for a leak. They didn’t have it on the notes the service person said yeah it’s a slow leak. That since it was plugged already I’d need another tire. That wasn’t in stock. I said ok I’d go to the tire shop he said the way they were rotated was front to back. Went to tire shop they checked the wrong tire because they were actually rotated front driver to rear passenger not as he said that the front driver went to back driver side. Tire shop once we found the correct tire there was no leak. Besides that everything else was fine. More
