Two months ago i got a car from this dealership and haven't got my plates or my registration since they don't even have the title of the car, i don't get how they can sell a car without them having the haven't got my plates or my registration since they don't even have the title of the car, i don't get how they can sell a car without them having the title, the temp plates they gave me expired, i talked with the sales manager veronica about this mess and the response was that they will pay all the tickets and if they impound the vehicle they will solve it, they don't care about people breaking the law, i can't drive the car now without risking myself to get a ticket. More

New open concept was very noisy hard to sit and talk with sales person about vehicles . Also we were there a while and water or coffee was not offered. I have been a DCH customer for a long. I recently visited this location to trade in my lease, and had a great experience! The sales manager Megan reach out about my lease and set my appointment up for me. Eddie greeted me when I walked in and and had a great experience! The sales manager Megan reach out about my lease and set my appointment up for me. Eddie greeted me when I walked in and sat me right away. Johan helped with my first round of paperwork and answered all my questions. Veronica and Pete were walking by and noticed me sitting and checked in on me to make sure I was okay and introduced themselves. I also had a great conversation with samiyah, she helped the time fly by! When I was able to see my car Javier took me over to it and Ronnie G explained the interior features and helped me understand every setting. Patrick and Alex saw my giants gear and immediately sparked a conversation. It was great , even though the cowboys stink haha ! Terry finalized my paperwork fast and made it so easy. It felt like I was leaving a friends house when I drove off. I am a general manager for a customer service focused business and I would give this location and all these great people 10 stars !! More
