Matt, the sales manager was kind, professional, and patient with me in explaining taxes/title. Vernon worked with me on all the paperwork and simply couldn't have been any kinder, more personable, or more professional. What I thought was going to be a stressful day turned into an amazing experience for my boyfriend and I. We had two AMAZING salesmen accompany us, Vernon Yates and Kevin Moore. They were so kind to us and very helpful. Mr. Yates and Mr. Moore treated us with respect and were attentive to ALL of our needs. All staff were more than hospitable!! We were greeted at the door by the front desk lady, she offered us refreshments. I didn't touch a door all day long, all the staff members opened them for us. They always polite, smiling and were dressed very sharp. Everyone spoke kindly, made sure we didn’t need anything and that we were comfortable. The financial department staff was also amazing. They don’t play around about their customers!! They do everything for you and make sure you have the best financial choice before they even propose it to you. Everything already added on, gap and warranty before you get the final monthly payment. The man I worked with didn’t stop until he had me in the payment price that I could afford! I think all dealerships need to send their new hire employees to Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw to be trained by their staff. Mr. Yates and Mr. Moore were the best though, they went above and beyond to meet my needs in my purchase. They never once tried to sway us to purchase a more expensive car or patronize us. Salespeople often dismiss my boyfriend and I, because we are young and don’t take our business seriously. Not Mr.Yates and Mr. Moore, they saw us as two people who need a car and got us exactly what we wanted. Mr. Yates and Mr. Moore were very knowledgeable and made sure that I had all the info we needed to make our purchase. They were also very honest in their sale process and were very open about how everything works. It took them a couple hours and I was driving home in my new car. I am so grateful for the experience and I’m in love with my new Kia!! So go and see Mr. Yates and Mr. Moore for all your car needs cause their the best in Georgia!!! I will come back to Jim Ellis Kia for ALL of my car needs. I would recommend them to everyone looking to buy, sell, trade, or service!!! 10/10 service. More

Mackenzie and Bryson were kind and professional. I do have a complaint that the wait time at this dealership is astronomical. I was there from 10:30 am until late in the afternoon/evening with my toddler and I had never waited this long at a dealership before. Ever. I was given a your of my new car once purchased. They did text and email to check on me and how satisfied I was after purchase. I really love their warranties they give and that Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw offers a lifetime powertrain warranty according to Mackenzie. Overall satisfied. I do hope they work on efficiency but otherwise I have no complaints. More
