Never condescending or pushy, he welcomed questions and concerns that I had-- not tiring or rushing through things. He answered EVERY QUESTION because he knows questions help the customer make knowledgeable decisions!! Very important! Next, the test drive: Oh Boy! gliding through the streets was heaven sent in the 2020 Corolla! When he said "just drive, I'll tell you when to turn" makes you feel you're riding with a friend IN YOUR CAR. That did it for me. Back at the office, the deal was closed!.
