Upgraded service My BMW had to be towed here. It never ran again and Sandy Thompson in Service initially refused to have it salvaged. I got busy and didn't inquire fo My BMW had to be towed here. When I checked in again a few days ago I worked with Vaneisha Foster and Doug Small, 2 new people and they absolved my issue within 24 hours and minimal hassle. I wish things had gone as smoothly initially, however due to the fact they stepped up I have edited my review from one to 4 stars and would recommend the group in general. More
