My experience was actually awesome A++++ I have been to many dealerships and was denied for different reasons at each... my friend said go to Infinity Duluth and I was tired at that point so I have been to many dealerships and was denied for different reasons at each... my friend said go to Infinity Duluth and I was tired at that point so I said to myself I’m not going I’ll apply online because I was not wasting anymore time by going in ... 30 min later Velko called me and asked me to come in I said I’m not coming in with out a preapproval first so he spoke to finance manager Jana and she was very sweet but firm that she could get me approved ... so I said prove it and she called me back and said she could put me in a brand new car for same price as the used car I initially wanted ..although the new car didn’t have the saddle brown seats the 2018 had but anyway I prayed and slept on it and velko called me the next morning to come in ... I went looked at several diff options I had to choose from and two hours later I drove off in a 2019 Qx80 ... they were professional, personal and fast ... they really made me feel comfortable with my purchase. not to mention velko is really handsome and genuinely loves his job and Jana is sweet and spicy and gets the job done and to top it off they both have the cutest accents ever!!! The only downfall was Velko is an Arsenal fan 😂 Oh can’t leave out Goran the paperwork man he too was good and efficient I was in kind of a rush so he was thorough and straight to the point to get me in and out ...not even been a week and I have already referred infinity Duluth ... I will definitely be back for my saddle brown seat Qx80 next year 💋 More
