Great experience! Velko was very quick to respond (I did most negotiating over the phone). He sent all needed paperwork by email so I was only in the dealership for about 30 minutes to trade in and pick up most negotiating over the phone). Excellent Service! Excellent Communication! We live in Texas so we took a one way jet ride, Velco arranged a pick up for us at the airport and was in and out fairly quickly.
