Oleksandre was very knowledgeable and had a nice way of walking me though the technology of the vehicle ( which is extensive) knowing it can be a bit overwhelming for customers in their 60’s. An absolute pleasure dealing with Vasil @ MBPrinceton. I was a bit apprehensive buying my first Mercedes. I walked into the dealership, met Vasil who went over my requirements and presented me with opt I was a bit apprehensive buying my first Mercedes. I walked into the dealership, met Vasil who went over my requirements and presented me with options. I wasn't ready to buy, but Vasil explained most of my critical questions about the various options MB offers on the GLE SUV class. He was extremely knowledgeable and to him it really did not matter whether I bought the car at his dealership or elsewhere. He also made me aware of my company's (where I work) fleet discount with MB to save me some $$$ which I deeply appreciated. Vasil's approach was the most important reason I called him the next morning, setup an appt to test drive the exact car I wanted and signed off on the deal. Other dealers ignored my request to drive the car of my choice. When I picked up my SUV, he reviewed all purchase/warranty/pre-paid service options and was never pushy about anything. He respected all my decisions, gave me his perspective at my request on factory build - If I were to ever do it in the future. He then put me in touch with Robert Lisi (reviewed separately) who went over the various aspects of my new GLE450e SUV. Vasil made the entire process so smooth, that I will not just recommend him to others, but also return back to MBPrinceton, when I buy my next MBZ. More
