This is my first experience ordering a vehicle that was literally exactly what I wanted. Mark Shipman us the guy! He is knowledgeable, professional, patient and incredibly kind. It was a couple months from the time we first chatted til the vehicle came in and I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with Mark. Frankly, every person I encountered or worked with at this dealership was great. They communicate very well and work hard to get you exactly what you want. This is my first honda ever, after a very long run with Jeep and Ram products. The level of service I have received from John Eagle is refreshing after so many years of lackluster treatment from dealers. I recommend Mark and John Eagle to anyone that wants a great purchasing experience! More

Patricia was very easy to work with as I was turning my 2022 CRV in and looking to either buy it or lease a new CRV. I got the new CR. At a very fair lease amount. Mark Shipman, 5 stars. Finance 0 stars. Deceptively included maintenance plan for a lease that already includes maintenance. Never disclosed that they were including it in Finance 0 stars.
