I’ve had nothing but problems with this dealer since they dropped my car off. I’ve asked for help from them multiple times and with multiple people. They continue to ignore me. They constantly make promises dropped my car off. I’ve asked for help from them multiple times and with multiple people. They continue to ignore me. They constantly make promises to follow up but then won’t. I have reached out to at least 5 people including the GM of the dealership. I purchased my car and had it delivered instead of going to the dealership. Big mistake. They lost my registration and forgot to put in the car. They claimed to be able to mail me a new one but keep ignoring my requests about when I’ll receive it. The DMV won’t let me order a new one yet so I’m being held hostage by this dealer. They did not put in the front floor mats that I purchased with the car. When I registered for a toll pass I found a toll violation on my tag because they took it on toll roads with my tag instead of a dealer tag. They just seem dishonest and shady. I wish corporate Kia would step in to help. This dealership makes me regret buying a Kia. More

Juan did an excellent job from start to finish. This was the first visit where the Rep. didn’t try to add extra services.
