I live in Austin and ended up finding my dream car in Houston through the EchoPark website. I was greeted almost immediately by Vanessa, who was warm and easy to talk to from the start. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for before pulling any cars around to test drive. Some might say I am picky and indecisive, but Vanessa’s patience made me feel like I was able to weigh every option and make the best decision for me. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, but felt supported and encouraged throughout the entire process. Once I finally decided to pull the trigger on my car, Vanessa worked with Bradley, the sales manager, fighting tooth and nail to get my monthly payment down to where I needed it to be. I will recommend Vanessa to anyone I know in the market for a new car! Best car buying experience I’ve had, and this is my 5th time to purchase a car. Thank you so much, Vanessa!! More

Where should i begin? I want to start by saying that our salesperson was what you could expect from a good salesperson, very nice. That being said, it all started when my I want to start by saying that our salesperson was what you could expect from a good salesperson, very nice. That being said, it all started when my family and I called Echopark to find out if a car was available that we had seen online and we were told it was on the premises. . We decided to take the hour drive to go check it out only to find out the car was not actually there. Hour back home. I called back a few days later and the salesperson stated that the car was having the a/c worked on and that it would be ready soon. We decide to take another (1 hour) trip to see the car. When we got there, the A/C was NOT fixed! The salesperson ensured us that they would fix it asap so we decided to make the purchase. During the 4 hour process which they claim should be fast because it is a no-haggle dealership, they tried pushing 4 or 5 warranties on us, of which we agreed on one. When the paperwork came out, we carefully read through the docs and noticed that they had charged us for all- so we sent the paperwork back. After reading the new docs, we then discover that the agreed APR for the loan was actually not what they put in the contract- so we sent the paperwork back again. We finished the paperwork and picked up our car a few days later after I called and let them know we would be there on that day and time. We got there and the car was not only not there but it was STILL DIRTY!! I was so angry by this point. My husband patiently waited an hour for them to located the car and put gas in it and to have the car cleaned as I needed to leave. He drives the car home and I am waiting to take pictures of him in his new car only to see that the car was still dirty. I’m really not sure what they did for that hour. At this point, I call and let the manager know what we have been dealing with and he offered to clean the car if we bring it back…. 1 hour away. Needless to say, I cleaned the car myself, cleaning out melted lollipops from the cracks and crevices and tons of gunk from the center console. The car was still dusty on the inside and not up to my standards when spending as much as we did on this car. So, the car is clean and we ready to drive!!! BUT WAIT!!! Something tells me to look at the paper tags to make sure they are in properly only to realize that we have NO paper tags!!! The forgot to give it to us!! UGH!!!! This has been the actual worst experience. More
